Jongmyo Shrine, South Korea - UNESCO World Heritage Site

 Place: Jongmyo Shrine, Seoul, South Korea

Weather: Partly cloudy early followed by increasing clouds with showers later, 51/75F.

Significance: The Joseon Dynasty ran from the late 14th century to the early 20th century. This Confucian shrine is where the royal tablets were stored and buried. The ancestral worship rites, that includes music and dancing, are still held here.
