Peninsula Valdez, Argentina - UNESCO World Heritage Site

 Place: Peninsula Valdez, Argentina

Weather: Sunshine and clouds mixed, 63/95F.

Route: From Los Glaciares 1658 km NNE on RN3.

Significance: This peninsula has sea life that we in North America associate with our Pacific coast - there are seals, sea lions, and orcas.  The coastline has large cliffs 100's of feet above the Atlantic Ocean. There are also wetlands with an incredible diversity of birds.
