Significance: The coffee industry in Colombia is among the strongest and best known in the world (think Juan Valdez). The industry depends on small farms that are located on steep slopes of the central western Colombia. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is actually made up of six sites and 18 urban environments. Armenia is home to the "Park of Coffee" a theme park dedicated to coffee.
